The Working Tariff Document, as amended by the Order, will be accessible in the same ways as above.
The Order will come into force on 1 July 2025.
This Order amends the Tariff so that it indicates in the Preferential Tariff the new rates of duty on imports by removing tariffs on 316 environmental, sustainable and energy-saving goods identified in the Agreement on Climate Change, Trade and Sustainability.
