I, John Graham Sneyd, General Manager, Regulatory Services, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice of amendments to the:

• Division 1 – General Rules
• Division 1A – General Rules
• Division 2 – Blackjack
• Division 5 – Baccarat
• Division 8 – Roulette

The rules have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003 and will take effect on 1 June 2025.

These instruments are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and are administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
