This document notifies you that:

1. On 21 August 2024, an application for putting BOSSED LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whanganui. Its reference number is CIV-2024-483-25. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whanganui on 12 June 2025 at 9.30am.
