Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 15 January 2025 Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Juliet Anna Moses and Janaya Davis as trustees of the Janaya Davis Trust (“appointers”), as receivers and managers over specific assets of LAND & BEE’S LIMITED (in receivership) (“grantor”) under the powers contained within a term loan agreement dated 10 December 2019, and settlement agreement dated 27 November 2023, including Mortgage Memorandum 2018/4346 and registered mortgages (12887016.1 and 12887016.2).

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of land and income from land held by the grantor at Arnold Road, Pohokura, Stratford, TNK2/960, where the appointors hold a first mortgage (Mortgage Number: 12887016.2); land and income from land held by the grantor at Upper Mangaehu Road, Makahu, Stratford, TNH2/65 and TNH2/66 where the appointors hold a second mortgage (Mortgage Numbers: 12887016.1); and all secured “Raw Honey” located at the grantor’s storage facility at 395 Taumatatahi Road, RD 18, Wai Valley, Wanganui.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
