Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 6 May 2025, Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 29 January 2025. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired property.
