Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver of the above individual and entity on 30 April 2025 under the powers contained in an Account Application dated 22 March 2023, A Finance Agreement dated 25 July 2023, and a Lease Agreement dated 5 December 2023, which properties consists of all present and after acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.

Notice of Retirement of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald ceased to act as receiver of the above on 2 May 2025.
