Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 28 April 2025, Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), and Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by Heartland Bank Limited, under the powers contained in the following security agreements:

1. a business support facility agreement dated 28 June 2021 signed by the company as a guarantor;
2. a business overdraft agreement dated 27 July 2021 signed by the company as a guarantor; and
3. a business term facility agreement dated 14 July 2022 signed by the company as a guarantor.

The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after acquired property.
