Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

George Bannerman and Andrew McKay, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP147 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company on 3 March 2025 by the Bank of New Zealand under the terms of a general security agreement dated 28 September 2021.

The property in receivership is all the company’s present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future of the company.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
