Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 21 February 2025, Simon Dalton, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Registration Number: IP14) and chartered accountant, was appointed as receiver and manager of the company by order of the High Court.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
