Notice is hereby given that on 5 June 2025 at 10.12am, Andrew McKay and Rees Logan, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP40 and IP34 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of STUDIO NEW ZEALAND LIMITED by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of LeeSalmonLong.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 8 August 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
