Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator

On 23 May 2025 at 12.10pm, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed replacement liquidator of the above-named companies upon the resignation of Ryan Eathorne pursuant to section 283 of the Companies Act 1993.
