Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the incorporated society pursuant to a resolution passed by members at the AGM, at 9.56am on 15 April 2025.

The liquidators fix 4 July 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
